Payment and Delivery
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards as well as PayPal. For your protection, Sports Ignition reserves the right to hold credit card orders for verification. All information submitted is secure and your account will be billed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

Note: Your credit card will be charged as THEBEAR for this transaction.


Shipping Times
Delivery time is up to 30 calendar days from the date of payment. Usual delivery timeframes are 12-14 working days for dealer in-stock items. Orders will generally be placed with suppliers within 24 hours, subject to payment verification.


Shipping Costs
All orders incur a base handling fee of $20.00 and a 10% charge on order total. A minimum fee of $30 applies to all orders.

Sports Ignition use USPS Global Priority as our standard shipping method. Other methods are available upon request, such FedEx.

International Customs Charges and Duties
As most orders are delivered direct from the manufacturers within the USA, customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges. Your local government determines duty and Customs charges, which varies by country. Duties, taxes and/or Customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the exact amount you will be charged. Your order confirmation details only the charges we are collecting.
