Payment and Currency
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards, PayPal and Cheques. For your protection, Sports Ignition reserves the right to hold credit card orders for verification. All information submitted is secure and your account will be billed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
Orders will only be processed once payment has cleared or under special arrangement in advance.
Sports Ignition is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be associated with your order.
Note: Your credit card will be charged as THEBEAR for this transaction.
Delivery Times
Delivery time is up to 30 calendar days from the date of payment.
All shipping timeframes are once supplier has packed the product.
Usual delivery timeframes are 10-12 working days for Priority International shipping.
Orders will generally be placed with suppliers within 24 hours, subject to payment verification.
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are calculated in $AUD. Other currency estimates may be shown to assist.
Please Note: Minimum Order cost is $50 AUD (excluding shipping costs) with some items also having a minimum quanitity restriction.
Item Location and Warehouse
Most orders are shipped direct from the USA, hence the USPS Global Priority shipping costs below. Sports Ignition offers bulk item discounts to help offset shipping costs.
Orders that qualify for FREE SHIPPING will not have item costs included in shipping fees calculated below.
Orders incur a base $25.00 fee plus an approximate $8.00 - $10.00 per pound weight charge.
The cost of shipping is approximated from the USPS.com International Shipping fees. Sports Ignition do not markup shipping prices other than the base processing fee. Differences between displayed and real rates may be due to daily exchange rate fluctuations.
Sports Ignition use USPS Global Priority as our standard shipping method depending upon shipping destination. Other methods are available upon request, such FedEx.

Shipping is currently capped at $1500.00 for bulk orders. Anything close to this range should be discussed in person by contacting Sports Ignition for possible alternative shipping methods.
